Warner has filed a DMCA takedown notice against a work of mine on RedBubble. The wall clock design had  Wood anemone by HoremWeb  as a background, with tengwar figures (note that writing systems cannot be copyrighted) and the whole product was dedicated to J. R. R. Tolkien's memory. Within the tags I referred to the Professor as author of the H°bb!t story, and the word is licenced to Warner now. They denied me to attribute the story to Tolkien. Even RedBubble assists to them and sends me automated replies when I ask for more info.
You may want to know about their ways.

A side note: I always pay attention to avoid copyright infringements as I expect others to respect my rights, too. This is why I put an almost non-related image to my tribute, in respect to the deep love and care to nature that the Professor expressed so many ways. The takedown notice stated that the reason was the forbidden word in the tags.

I see the future, when fans must talk about The Armed Conflict Between Stellar Objects regarding the SW and The Melodic Rhymes of Chemical Process Involving Light Emitting Gasses of Rapid Oxidization and Frozen Water for Martin's epic works...

And sorry for the typos in the Status Update :)
