Description

Terrace of a restaurant on Piazza della Rotonda, in front of the Pantheon, Rome, Italy. The harmonica player was apparently not belonging to the restaurant but sometimes the guests waved him there for a canzone. It's a bit twisted situation that made me twist the saying "Who Pays the Piper will Call the Tune" to suit more to the scene...
